C+Salts is formulated with only wild-harvested organic Kakadu Plum: the world’s most concentrated wholefood source of vitamin C; natural Australian salt from Lake Deborah, and additive-free potassium chloride. C+Salts Kakadu Plum Mineral Supplement uses only refractance dried Australian Kakadu Plum; a method which retains its full nutrient profile. This Kakadu Plum is sustainably harvested by Indigenous communities across the Top End of Australia and supports their economic independence.

Instructions

Take ½ tsp (2g) once per day in your preferred cold drink. It’s particularly nice in proper freshly squeezed orange juice.

Heat, intensity and duration of exercise can all affect your needs for fluid and electrolyte replacement. Best used regularly throughout your regime - consume up to 1–2 serves per litre of fluid. Ideally one serve with every 250mL–350mL of water or juice; or 1 serve three times a day with plenty of liquid. Maximum one-day intake is 4 serves.

Do not consume with electrolyte drinks without specific advice of your medical practitioner.
